Keep a journal of impressions, dreams, or messages. Over time, you’ll notice patterns that validate your experiences.
Practice breathwork: inhale calm, exhale what doesn’t belong to you.
Stay healthy: nourishing foods, good sleep, and limiting substances like alcohol or drugs help keep your frequency clear.
