Refund & Cancellation Policy

Whispers of Light Healing values your time, energy, and commitment, as well as our own. This policy is designed to clearly outline expectations regarding events, services, cancellations, and refunds.

By registering for an event or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

​

Events and Workshops

​

  • All event registrations are non-refundable.

  • This includes workshops, group sessions, sound baths, and special events.

  • Registration secures your space and helps us prepare materials and energy for the event.

​

Missed Events Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

​

If you are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances:

​

  • You may request to attend the next comparable event, subject to availability.

  • This option is offered at the discretion of Whispers of Light Healing.

  • No monetary refunds will be issued for missed events.

​

Individual Services and Sessions

​

For private sessions, the following cancellation policy applies:

​

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

​

Emergency Exceptions

​

In the case of a genuine emergency occurring after the 24-hour cancellation window:

​

  • The session fee may be applied as a credit toward one future session.

  • This emergency credit accommodation may be used one time only.

  • No refunds will be issued under this exception.

​

No-Shows

​

  • Missed appointments or events without notice are considered no-shows.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

​

Payment Methods

​

Payments may be accepted through:

​

  • Venmo

  • Cash App

  • Cash (in person)

​

Refunds or credits, when applicable, will be issued in the original form of payment when possible or as a service credit.

​

Right to Modify or Cancel

​

Whispers of Light Healing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events or services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to a future event.

Policy Acknowledgment

​

By registering for an event or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
